1) At registration you are asked to pay the first month of contribution for our carclub (€5) thoughout iDeal. So in total you pay €15 at registration of which €10 are one time registration and €5 is club fee. All Rates are including 19% VAT
Example_{You want to make a trip next week and reserve the car for 4 hours. - You bring the car back after 3,5 hours after having driver 21 kilometers - Your trip costs will be 4hr x €2,75 + 21km x €0,25 = €16,25 - At the end of the month you will be billed for al trips and the monthly contribution}

When you just want to rent a StudentCar for just one time or at most a few times a year that P.A.Y.D.-model might be interesting for you. You do not pay any monthly club fees and still have the on-demand access to a StudentCar.

1) €5 of the €15 registration fee is given back to you as driving credit. So €5 of the total costs after the first month is already paid. 2) At the PAYD model we charge a €25 starting rate at every reservation. No matter is you reserve it for 5 or 50 hours, drive just 15 or 315kilometers, it is always €25+ costs of hours reserved + costs of kilometers driven. 3) Fuel is always included! You can fuel up on our expenses. No need to bring it back full, but dont put it back empty either

Weekend rate (52hour) Fri 20.00 - Sun 24.00 = €89

From friday evening till sunday night you have the luxury of a car for a fixed fee of €89,- plus the number of kilometers you drive (fuel is included). Hell yeah! What are you waiting for, reserve that thing.
First come, first serve. Our cars are equiped with stuff like climate control and an aux jack for MP3 players (bring your own audio cable though). Some of our Toyota Aygo's have fre navigation systems (the reservation system shows which ones).

* Fixed rate of €39 for trips between than 14 and 24 hours

If you make a reservation between 14 and 24 hours. You only pay €39 for the hours. So a reservation of 24 hours gives you a discount of over 40%! After 24 hours you pay €2,75 per hour.
- So a reservation of 19 hours costs €39,-.
- A reservation of 26 hours costs €39 + 2x €2,75 = €44,50 etecera.
- Until the 38th hour (24+14) than you pay 2x €39= €78 again!
You can be sure our system always calculates the cheapest possible combination of rates. Note: Kilometers are not included!

Note: Our system always takes the cheapest possible combination of special rates and (off) peak hours.
No need to reserve exactly between the hours of the special rate.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Fuel is included. There is a fuel card inside the car, you fuel-up on our expenses.
(Misuse can be deteced and will immediately be reported to the police)

Full insurance. If you are a member of StudentCar you're fully insured, also abroad. No worries here.

Call charge There is a €1 charge for every modification on reservations (new/scheduled/current) executed by a StudentCar operator over the phone. Doing it yourself via your computer or via the mobile site is of course free of charge. Also problem solving by an operator is still free of charge, but remember to consult the problem manual first!

Own risk. Your own risk per damage is maximum €300,- But just be careful, alright. Repairing cars is not cheap!
If damages are not reported and are caused by you, you will be penalized for the entire €300,- no matter how small the damage is.

Decrease own risk. Own risk can be decreased to maximum of €50,- when you make a reservation by
checking the Damage Colision Waiver feature. This costs €10,- per reservation.

Quitting our carclub? Is of course possible. Be aware that there is a one full month cancelation term. After quitting the club, you will not be able to apply for the service until 4 months after time of cancellation. To quit send an email to unsubscribe@studentcar.nl
